RAMUNIA to buy RM84mill fabrication yard from Oilfab

• Ramunia to acquire the Pulau Indah Integrated Fabrication Yard for RM83.8mill from Oilfab Sdn Bhd (Oilcorp subsidiary).
• The proposed acquisition will provide an immediate opportunity to participate in fabrication contracts as recently announced by the govt as part of the ETP for the oil and gas sector.
• It is expected to contribute positive future earnings to the company.
